Jose Paulo Miranda
Co-Founder
José Paulo Rosa Miranda has a solid career in consulting and digital business, which began at the renowned international auditing firms DELOITTE and ARTHUR ANDERSEN. He later founded KRONOS, a company that became a benchmark in the Brazilian telecommunications sector, developing innovative technological solutions that enabled operators to recover taxes in an automated and efficient way. The impact of these solutions was so significant that several Brazilian states later adopted models inspired by those created by KRONOS. After decades combining consulting and technology applied to large organizations, he shifted his focus to education, with a strong emphasis on methodologies supported by Artificial Intelligence. His purpose is to democratize access to knowledge and transform the way students learn, making education accessible, engaging and connected to the real world. With an entrepreneurial spirit and a deeply humanistic vision, he joined Gustavo Font and David Ruiz Díaz with the goal of building innovative solutions that promote meaningful, inclusive and transformative learning for people of all ages.

Marcelo Gustavo Font is a founding partner and Chief Innovation Officer (CIO). A pioneer of the Internet in Latin America, in the 1990s he carried out the region’s first live radio broadcast over the Internet and was responsible for the first large-scale streaming events, including the historic farewell concert of Soda Stereo in 1997. He later founded one of the most relevant technology companies in the region, leading high-impact innovative digital projects. A specialist in software development, immersive environments (VR, AR, XR) and artificial intelligence, he integrates technological vision with human experience, driving solutions for remote work, learning and digital collaboration. Motivated by the exploration of emerging technologies, he continuously seeks new models that enable people to connect, work and learn in more enriching ways within the digital ecosystem.
David Ruiz Diaz

With more than 20 years of experience building digital products, David Alejandro Ruiz Díaz is a co-founder and technology lead, leading teams and developing scalable solutions for high-impact businesses. His experience spans multiple technological ecosystems, integrating system design, performance, security and software quality. He has led complex projects across various industries, combining a strong technical vision with an understanding of human behavior and team dynamics. His background in counseling and specialization in behavioral sciences enable leadership based on autonomy, continuous learning and a high-performance culture. David is recognized for connecting strategy, business and technology, delivering robust, user-oriented solutions. His mission is to transform ideas into real, sustainable and scalable products, driving innovation with practical impact and long-term growth.
